Give Thomas Aranda a chance at justice.
Give Thomas Aranda a chance at justice.
Thomas, a 31-year-old man, has endured a profound injustice since the age of 16. Falsely accused of a sex offense, he was coerced into a guilty plea by a corrupt small town prosecutor's office and court system. Now, after spending over 16 years behind bars for a crime he did not commit, Thomas is seeking the help of the public to rectify this miscarriage of justice. With recently obtained exonerating forensic DNA evidence, he is determined to obtain a new trial and finally prove his innocence.
To overcome the systemic barriers standing in his way, Thomas desperately needs the support and collective action of the public. It is imperative that we stand up against this egregious injustice and rally behind Thomas's cause. By raising awareness about his case, mobilizing public support, and peacefully advocating for a new trial, we can expose the corruption and misconduct that led to his wrongful conviction. Together, we can exert pressure on the authorities to thoroughly review the exonerating evidence and grant Thomas the fair chance he deserves.
Join the movement for justice and lend your voice to Thomas's fight for freedom. Share his story on social media, reach out to local news outlets, and participate in peaceful demonstrations to demand a new trial based on the compelling forensic DNA evidence. By uniting our efforts, we can bring attention to Thomas's case and compel the legal system to acknowledge the grave error that has stolen years of his life. Together, we can strive to ensure that justice prevails, giving Thomas the opportunity to reclaim his future and restore his faith in a fair and just society.
Let us stand as a beacon of hope for Thomas and others like him who have been wrongfully incarcerated. By advocating for his cause, we can send a powerful message that no one should be subjected to the devastating consequences of an unjust conviction. Together, we can rewrite the narrative, uncover the truth, and pave the way for Thomas's long-awaited freedom. The time for action is now.
My name is Thomas Aranda. At the age of 16, I was incarcerated for a home invasion robbery, resulting in a false charge against me (crime I did not commit). As a juvenile, I was coerced into a plea deal despite having no prior criminal history. This page aims to shed light on concealed information and paperwork that the courts failed to disclose or report to the media. We have provided documents that contain the 911 call transcripts. These transcripts show the timeline of events starting from the entry of the home to the police having the suspects and vehicle stopped. The time is 6 minutes flat and the suspects are reported to have been in the home for 5 minutes. One must question the plausibility of committing all the alleged crimes.

(The two investigations in 2010 were different cases, made by separate complainants), Chelan County deputy Jennifer Tyler fired for 'workplace policy violations’ (workplace retaliation). (Note. Officer Jennifer Tyler was a first responder to the scene in Thomas's case and Detective Manny Brincat was a lead detective on the case).
Small town corruption is a known issue where they typically operate with few employees and have limited resources towards keeping their workforce accountable. They don’t have the oversight that major cities do to prevent unethical behavior and egregious conduct from being overlooked. Within this county its evident that residents and even staff are subject to retaliation and unethical conduct is rampant. We need your support to help bring awareness and attention to this unjust and wrongful incarceration of Thomas Aranda.
After 15 years of Thomas being in prison laws have changed that could give him the opportunity at a new trial as well as new information has come forward.
